I photographed Liam when he was nearly three weeks old. It's interesting
how newborns respond positively when they hear their parents' voice.
After spending a Sunday morning in their home, here are a few images I
wanted to share:

Esely's newest member, Riley
Aside of being great friends of mine, Ben and Katie brought me out to their new home to welcome their newest member, Riley, into the family with photographs. I have to admit, in a way, when I photograph two brothers it reminds me of myself and my older brother as kids.
Here are some of the ones that I wanted to share:

The Lukowski's
I first met the Lukowski's at a child's birthday party I photographed a while back. They contacted me for wanting updated family photographs with their newest addition to the family, Kate. They were in the transition of moving into their new beautiful home in Lake Highlands when Kate was delivered, so that made moving furniture for the studio setup a bit easier.
Here are some of my favorites:

The Wright Family, 2013
Another family that I regularly follow are The Wright Family. The last time I saw them was right before my own wedding last July. The heat hasn't changed, so we took half of the session indoors, but neither has their obvious love for each other. We setup a white backdrop when they came into town and finished in a pool in the backyard. The next time we see them, I hope it'll be on their turf in Colorado!

The Ly Family - 2013
Welcome to the New Year!
This past weekend I was commissioned to photograph the Ly family. Luan, the son in the family, is a good friend of mine and told me they wanted post-holiday family portraits. They went with a moderate gray for the background color, and wore medium blues for contrast.

I set up in one of the daughter's home where everyone met, and here are some from the session.
Thank you guys for bringing me along to start off the New Year!
